Before you call
Questions we hear most
If your question is here, you may not need to call.
Are you giving flu shots?
Not yet. We expect the vaccine in the fall and will post a date as soon as we have one — read the announcement.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. All visits must be scheduled in advance — please call 905-480-1050 to book an appointment.
Are any of the family physicians accepting new patients?
Unfortunately, none of our physicians are currently accepting new patients.
Are you open for in-person visits?
Yes, we are open for both in-person and telephone consultations.
Can I book a periodic health exam?
Possibly. Periodic health exams may be available depending on OHIP eligibility rules, which vary by age. Call us and we’ll check.
What are your COVID-19 protocols?
If you have symptoms of an upper respiratory infection — cough, runny nose, sore throat, pink eye, fever — please tell our staff and wear a mask in the clinic and waiting areas.
Do you draw blood at the clinic?
No longer. Please book with a nearby lab or visit lifelabs.ca for testing.
How can I find your office?
3000 Highway 7 E, Suite 202. The building entrance is beside the Sleep Country store; we’re on the second floor by elevator or stairs.
Is the allergy and immunology clinic still at this location?
No. Dr. Maggie Jiang’s clinic has moved to 160 East Beaver Creek Road, Unit 16, Richmond Hill. Her phone and fax numbers are unchanged — full details here.
