Do you take walk-ins?

No.  All patients must be booked.  Please call us at 905-480-1050 to book an appointment.

Are any of the family physicians accepting any new patients?

No.  None of our physicians are currently accepting new patients.

Are you open for in-person visits?

Yes.  We are open for both in-person and telephone consultations.  Please call us at 905-480-1050 to book an appointment.

Can I book a periodic health exam?

Maybe.  You may be able to book a periodic health exam (sometimes called an annual physical or complete check-up).  OHIP eligibility rules vary according to age.  Please call us at 905-480-1050 for details and to book an appointment.

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

Prior to coming for your visit, please ensure that you complete a COVID-19 self assessment at: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/.  If you have any questions regarding your screening results, please call us at: 905-480-1050.

Masks must be worn by everyone coming to the office and hands must be sanitized upon arrival.  Social distancing measures are in place for everyone at the clinic.

Are you drawing blood samples at your clinic?

Not currently.  Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been trying to limit the number of patients in our clinic at any one time.  To do a blood test, please book an appointment at a clinic near your home or at www.lifelabs.ca.

How to get to your office?

We are located in suite 202 of  3000 Highway 7 E.  The  building entrance is next to the Sleep Country store.  You can take either the elevator or stairs to the second floor and find us at suite 202.
